The design tokens that live in code — color, type, spacing, radius — are mirrored into Figma variables and component libraries, so design and build never argue about which gray is gray.

What we sell to clients as one source of truth is how our own system runs.

Step by step

• Token changes in the repo are pushed into Figma variables via the Figma connection.
• Component libraries are generated and updated against those variables.
• Design work flows back to code through the same mapping.
