A call becomes a proposal — from Granola, Fireflies, or pasted notes.

Turns the intake conversation into a complete proposal on the house template: point it at a Granola or Fireflies transcript, or paste the notes, and it drafts scope, phases, layered pricing, and terms from what was actually said.

Pricing follows the house conventions — layered per-phase pricing with a modest entry step; nothing is invented that wasn't discussed, and open questions are surfaced as open questions.

• It maps the conversation onto the proposal template: goals, phases, deliverables, price.
• Gaps become flagged questions, not guesses.
• The draft lands as a typed content file, gated at /<client>/proposal, ready for one human pass.
