Contract Redlines
Agreements reviewed as documents, versions diffed properly.
01What it does
Agreements reviewed as documents, versions diffed properly.
Contracts are reviewed as files, not paste: each version is diffed against the last mechanically, issues are tracked to resolution across rounds, and fixes are applied as tracked changes in the document itself.
The review that once took eight pastes of the same agreement takes one upload per round.
02How it runs
Step by step
- Drop the agreement in; the first pass flags material issues, traps, and loopholes.
- Each new version is diffed against the previous — nothing reviewed from memory.
- A redlined document comes back, ready for the counterparty or the advocaat.
03What comes out
The result
A clause-level review trail and a sign-able document, with every change visible.
