Proposal

Brand Identity, Website &
Growth System

Confidential

This is the proposal template — the structure every Studio Noord proposal follows, filled with a fictional engagement so every feature is visible: layered pricing, two deal structures, the ongoing options, and the acceptance flow at the end. Replace Acme with the client and the shape holds.

The summary does three jobs in three paragraphs: name the moment the company is in, name what is at stake, and preview the engagement. It is written from the intake conversation — the client should recognize their own words in it.

We propose one focused engagement: a brand workshop to settle positioning, an identity built from it, a website that carries it, and the growth system that compounds it.

The Opportunity

What the company has that the market wants — stated as facts, not flattery:

  • A real, structural advantage competitors cannot easily copy
  • Momentum the brand has not caught up with yet
  • Relationships and reputation earned over years
  • A team the market underestimates on paper

The Challenge

The honest gap between how the company operates and how it presents. This section earns trust by being direct: the current site, deck, and materials were built for the company Acme used to be, not the one sitting across from enterprise buyers today.

Target Audiences

AudienceWhat They Need to See
Primary buyersCredibility at first glance; proof that carries into procurement
Partners & channelA brand worth standing next to
InvestorsA story the numbers confirm
Future hiresA company that looks like the place it actually is

Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1–6)

Brand Identity

A focused workshop to align on positioning, voice, and visual direction. From that:

  • Brand strategy document: positioning, values, tone of voice
  • Mark and wordmark, drawn or redrawn
  • Color system, typography, and photography direction
  • Interactive brand guidelines — the single reference for everyone who touches the brand

Website

  • Structured around the audiences above, not the org chart
  • SEO-ready from launch; editable in-house
  • Fast, accessible, and built on the studio's stack

Collateral

Deck template, one-pager, and social templates — the system, not one-offs of it.

Phase 2: Growth System (after Phase 1)

The compounding layer — content engine, analytics, and the channels that fit the positioning. Scoped in detail once Phase 1 lands; priced separately.

  • Brand and build from one hand — the guidelines, the site, and the system ship together
  • Backgrounds at Honor, Lyft, and Grammarly, building trust-dependent brands
  • AI-supported production keeps enterprise-grade output within a focused budget
  • Everything we make is typed, versioned, and yours
  1. Workshop scheduled within two weeks
  2. Existing materials, raw is fine
  3. Access to the people who talk to customers
  4. Any research, analytics, or sales feedback that exists
  5. One point of contact for feedback

Designed to fit a 4–6 week window. The critical path item is the brand workshop, must happen within two weeks.

Proposed: Cash + Deferred

The layered structure — part invoiced now, part deferred against a future milestone. This is where the deal's mechanics live: the split, the trigger, the paper it is written on.

ComponentDetails
Cash€20,000, invoiced per milestone
Deferred€12,000, due on the agreed trigger event

The deferred component is documented in a separate agreement attached to this proposal. If the trigger event does not occur within the agreed term, the parties revisit the balance together.

Alternative: Full Cash

Full project value billed in three milestone payments: signing, identity approval, and delivery. Same scope, same revision policy.

Ongoing costs (hosting, maintenance) are not included in this proposal and will be discussed separately at delivery.
